Our Gloucester Old Spot herd was set up by us, and we hope that you will feel as passionate about our food as we do.  We know how our pork is produced, we feed with non GM enhanced feeds. As they are slow growing traditional breed, they benefit  from being outside were they can run and play and of course root.  The meat is packed with flavour which carry's through to the cured bacons and hams.  A Gloucester Old Spot sausage is superb.

Our own unique blend of herbs and spices create a healthy option to the traditional Pork Pie.  We only use lean pork from the leg and loin cuts, and an all butter pastry.   Contains no gelatine.
